Information about admission procedure

All applicants must complete the following steps to apply for the 2024-2025 academic year:


STEP 1. Start the application process by contacting the official Recruitment Office by email: recruitment@mdkielce.edu.pl or by phone: +48 45 127 32 36 (WhatsApp)

We will assist you through all the required steps of the application process. You are also welcome to visit our recruitment website: www.mdkielce.edu.pl, where you can find a lot of useful information about the university, our M.D. program, and Kielce..


STEP 2.

  1. Register online at: https://medicineschool.ujk.edu.pl/admin/register.php
  2. Upload the following required documents to your online account till the 29th of September 2024

A letter of motivation

An English translated copy of the high school/secondary school diploma which authorizes you to enter post-secondary studies, the transcript of grades, together with their appropriate apostille or legalization

Document(s) must have an apostille or legalization.


To learn how to legalize your document(s), you must contact the Polish Consulate in the country of issue of the document(s)


Each document must be translated into English. The translation must be done by an English translator accredited by the government of the country of issue of the document(s) or a sworn translator from the EU (if there is a sworn translator institution in your country)

Documents issued originally in English do not require translations

A copy of a document confirming English language proficiency, if high school/secondary education was not conducted in English


You do not require this document if the language of instruction at your school was English and this information is provided on the transcript, or by written confirmation from your school

Health certificate completed by a physician stating the applicant is fit for medical studies, with a copy of vaccination records for the Hepatitis B (HBV) vaccine

At least 2 doses of HBV vaccination must be completed before the start of studies. As a medical student you will be required to have received all 3 doses of the HBV vaccine. If you have any doubts, please contact us

1 colour photograph in .jpg format, 2cm x 2.5cm, 236 x 295 pixels; 1 photograph in printed form signed on the back

STEP 3.   Pay the application fee in the amount of 85 PLN (non-refundable administrative fee) to the following account:

STEP 4.   Send Confirmation of Payment of the application fee to the Recruitment Team by email: recruitment@mdkielce.edu.pl 



Please Note: Only applications supported with all above required documents will be processed. In the online system, applicants can view the status of their application during the admission process. Every change in status is always confirmed by an e-mail.


Important dates:

the 4th term of application procedure
  • Online application is open from the 26th of September, 2024
  • Last day of registration and payment of the application fee is the 29th of September, 2024
  • Announcement of results: List of students admitted for 6-year MD Program 30th of September, 2024
  • Submission of documents: the 3rd of September, 2024



Till the 3rd of December 2024, you will be required to present the following documents to the University:

  1. The original high school/secondary diploma and transcript and their appropriate apostille/legalization, to be verified with the copies received by the University
  2. The original government-issued identity document, to be verified with the copy received by the University
  3. 1 paper copy of the colour photograph
  4. 1 photograph in printed form signed on the back
  5. A copy of the visa or residence card
  6. Insurance policy in case of illness or consequences of accidents for the period of education in Poland, or the European Health Insurance Card or students will join the insurance in the National Health Fund immediately after starting their studies



For the 2024-2025 academic year, there is a limit of 50 seats.

In order to apply, a candidate must provide a document confirming knowledge of the English language if their secondary education was not conducted in English.
