  1. the administrator of your personal data is the Jan Kochanowski University in Kielce, ul. Żeromskiego 5, 25-369 Kielce (hereinafter referred to as UJK),
  2. at the UJK, a Data Protection Officer has been appointed, supervising the correctness of data processing, who can be contacted at the following e-mail address: iod@ujk.edu.pl,
  3. personal data regarding working conditions for the purpose of applying the recruitment procedure for studies at the UJK and - in the case of using for studies - to support the course of studies and for statutory, statistical and archival purposes,
  4. personal data will be processed on the basis of art. 6 sec. 1 lit. c RODO (necessity to fulfill the legal obligation incumbent on the UJK) in connection with the Act of July 20, 2018 - Law on Higher Education and Science (Journal of Laws of 2020, item 85, as amended) and the acts issued to it executive regulations, in particular regarding studies,
  5. providing personal data is voluntary, but failure to provide them will result in the inability to participate in the recruitment procedure and the inability to be admitted to studies,
  6. recipients of the data may be entities authorized by law and entities with which UJK will conclude relevant agreements regarding the implementation of external services,
  7. personal data will be kept for a period of 6 months from the end of the enrollment process, and in the case of admission to studies, for 50 years from the date of completion,
  8. you have the right to access your personal data, rectify it, delete or limit processing as well as the right to object to the processing and the right to transfer data,
  9. you have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory body in the event of processing of your personal data by UJK in a manner inconsistent with the RODO.
